We have become aware that an unauthorised firm or group of individuals is operating under the name of “King & Shaxson Hong Kong” and alleging they are part of, and operating under the regulatory umbrella of, the King & Shaxson group. These individuals have no affiliation to King & Shaxson and are not linked to nor approved by King & Shaxson London in any way. Please avoid all dealings with these persons.

The firm detailed below is not authorised by the FCA and is reportedly targeting people in the Australasia region. If you have any dealings with this firm you will not have access to the UK Financial Ombudsman Service (“FOS”) or be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (“FSCS”), so you are unlikely to get your money back if things go wrong.
